Observation Skills Lacking in Security Training
In the current training requirements a person who wants to be a security person and obtain a valid license must complete a special training for that. In all the training sessions that security guards go for workplace instructions a familiar question always comes up when a person asks how they do the job of a security guard. Security person needs to observe and report and it is the most common statement in the security industry and yet very few expert and professional trainers include any time in the course to train students in the skills of observation or detection.
